Marine turned Full Time Dad and Student. In preparation for Radiology school, I have managed to squeeze in some time for my hobby. What better way to spend my spare time than doing what I love the most: capturing the moments and all the magic along with it.
My love for photography took many years to surface. I took pictures of everything I saw, I was interested in the way I was seeing things and I wanted save it and see it again. My first memories from childhood were all of photography equipment I had seen at my Uncle's house around the age of 4. I was always curious about film and how light works to show us reality. My most precious photos are along the lines of trash, because one man's trash is another man's treasure. With all the trash, junk and used goods in the world, a story comes to accompany that object's journey, that journey is what I am after.
I am huge fan of JacobthePhotographer, Mark Dimalanta, Lee Friedlander and the great Ansel Adams. Jacob is a big inspiration for me, but I also mix my own flavors for a special taste all my own. My style is raw and selected for location, half the work is finding the right spot for the shoot.
My latest tackle is Model/Fashion Photography; I am currently building a portfolio to show my love for beauty and seduction; I am booking models for location shoots. My background is mostly photojournalism, I enjoy event coverage and showing the moment! Eventually I hope to build a collection of photos inclusive to as many genres as I can hold.
